RunTime: 131 mins
Genre: Action Comedy

Will Appeal To: Fans of action comedies from the 90s
I grew up watching Hong Kong comedies from Stephen Chow, Jackie Chan, Michael Hui, Sandra Ng (Qi Meng!) and Wu Meng Tat. Though I was never really a fan of Jackie, I probably caught many of his old time movies, thanks to Channel 8 Chinese New Year programming and reruns, reruns after reruns. (How many times have you caught Police Story 1, 2, 3, 4?)
Jackie Chan is back, teamed with the memorable Michael Hui and OSIM model Louis Koo. It is not too bad a combination, and (surprise!) no "flower vase roles" this time. They play a team of skilled burglars who intend to kidnap the cute Matthew for a handsome ransom.
The story's nothing refreshing and the action sequences run-on-the-mill. Look out for Jackie frustrated look every time he runs. Familiar? Hmm... he has probably tried all kinds of props from ladders, chairs, tables, fire hoses to televisions. The baby pram might be a new one.
It's still a rather enjoyable movie. Louis Koo looks all set to cover all comedy roles, and his comic timing and expressions are just nice without too much of an exaggeration. (His character in the movie also reminded me of myself. Gasp!) Look out for other cameo roles such as the newly married Nicholas Tse and Daniel Wu. They can be quite hilarious.
The star of the movie is none other than Matthew the Baby. He makes me want to be a daddy. He is soooo goochy goochy goochy cute! Let's go together... Aww...
Rob-B-Hood – One for Louis, one for the cameos and one for the Baby
